  1. Processing your Order

A email will be sent to you after confirmation and payment has been paid. Please Ensure to keep the email you receive as documentation of purchase.

  1. Shipment Processing Time

Once your order is placed and processed through our system it will take 1-2 business working days for your order to be shipped and prepared.

  1. Shipment Locations

We are currently only shipping within the whole of Australia.

  1. Missing or Lost Package

Please ensure to have implemented the correct address as check out to avoid any disappointment. Please keep in mind there are several reasons why packages may get lost, ensure to check your local post office, double check your tracking information check a safe spot or your neighbours. Please be aware that Elite Sports Wear Official is not responsible for any lost packaging unless we have manually inserted your address ourself. Please ensure to confirm and check that your address is correct before proceeding to payments & confirmations of your purchase.

Refunds:

Refunds will only be made on faulty products keeping in mind that our products are double checked before being packaged and will be marked in our system as a quality product being sent out to our customers.  

Exchange/change of mind policy: 

Exchanges can be made within 14 days after receiving your product. Customers will be charged the additional payment for postage if any exchanges need to be made but will not be charged a shipping on there new chosen item. Exchanges will not be processed or dispatched unless Elite Sports Wear receive the original item product in great condition.
